Frame
Our prints are delivered without a frame as standard. However, we are happy to help with advice or sell the print ready-made with a frame for an additional charge. The best way to do this is via us hey@lepulver.studio or contact via Instagram.
Shipping Information
We accept orders, print them on demand and ship them. For this reason, the time of dispatch may be delayed up to 20-25 days. In this way, we avoid storage costs and only produce what is ultimately needed.
Images will be shipped in sturdy mailing tubes or cardboard envelopes. 📦
sustainability
The shipping of the pictures and the packaging used are carbon neutral. 🌱 We are working on offsetting the emissions that would otherwise be produced (through printing & transport by public transport). Additionally, 1% of payments made via Stripe (credit card) are used to eliminate carbon dioxide (more info: Stripe Climate)
Return & Replacement
We hope you are as happy with the prints as we are! If damage occurs during shipping despite the robust packaging, we will be happy to replace the print free of charge. We will cover the return shipping and the costs for reprinting. Please contact us with a picture of the packaging, the damage and your order number and we will take care of it. Since we don't have a warehouse ourselves and only produce what is needed, we unfortunately cannot take back any prints.

All prints appear as limited and signed editions.

Our ceramic objects are turned on the turntable in Bern, fired in the oven, packaged and shipped.
sizes
Due to the natural shrinkage of the clay during the drying process in the air and the firing in the oven, the size can vary from piece to piece. Each piece is handmade and unique, so the size information is an average.
Shipping Information
We strive to avoid overproduction, so our products are produced on request. For this reason, the time of dispatch may be delayed up to 20-30 days.
care instructions
All ceramic products are microwave and dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to ensure longevity.
To prevent cracking from thermal shock (especially in winter), preheat your cups by filling them with hot tap water and waiting a minute before adding boiling water.
:) We test every single cup in the studio with boiling hot water before shipping.

We try not to waste material, which is why leftover clay is recycled in the studio.
